Processes source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Enters data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
All other duties as needed Bachelor's Degree related field of study (this may vary) Minimum 3 years' experience in the industrial ingredient industry (this may vary) Must pass a drug test and background investigation, as necessary for the position Ethical and punctual, fulfilling obligations as promised Must be dependable and reliable, following the schedule as set.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
